Dear Lisa, I'm on a special I'm making efforts to lose w_____ diet. You would like it because you don't have to starve. You can eat as much as you like, but don't eat white _______, refined o f meat and s -> I'm eating a lot of fruit, raw v I drink a lot of t and of I even got used to the t wholemeal bread. I sometimes go jogging in the evening. The best thing about this d is that it makes you feel even more energetic. For me it is working very well.
