Are social networking sites like Facebook the best way for teenagers to communicate?
I believe it can be an effective means of communication, but it is not without flaws. Although I believe that it is an excellent way for teens to communicate because it allows them to meet people from all over the world and learn about different cultures, I believe that it can lead to them becoming antisocial. There are times where some teenagers aren’t comfortable with the people around them so they resume to networking sites to find a friend however they have to be careful as the online world can be dangerous. Many predators try to disguise themselves as pals in order to obtain various pieces of information about them. Finally, I believe that social networking sites are beneficial for teenagers’ communication as long as they are cautious.
